Initiate Your Return
Log into your Autri Books account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the books in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned books, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
